What checks do you do when I apply?
All the usual checks, such as employment and residency: sometimes we will do a credit check to audit the accuracy of the information supplied on the loan application form.
I have applied but have not received my documents to sign
If you have not received an email within 20 minutes then chances are the email address was incorrect. Please email manager@cantwait.co.nz your email address, name and phone number so we can resend documents. Please allow 24 hours for this to happen. DO NOT REAPPLY as the approval computer will class your application as ‘suspicious’ and the process will take even longer.
Have you received my Loan Agreement and Supporting Documentation?
Please do not phone us, we receive hundreds of documents everyday; all of which are processed on the day received. Your loan status will be updated to show that documents have been received and that your wage advance will be paid. Go to Customer Login
I cannot print my emailed documents

Can I fax back my loan agreement?
Yes, please fax to 07 577 0146. You will be contacted if it is not legible.
