Have repaid my first wage advance – how do I get a new one?
Log onto website and select renewal through client login.
When are my payments due?
You will receive a copy of your loan agreement, along with a Disclosure Statement in the mail two days after your wage advance is credited to your bank. This will list the direct debit due dates. You will also receive an email reminder 2 days before each direct debit date is due.
Do I have to pay by Direct Debit?
Yes, our terms & conditions specify that you must authorize us to direct debit payments when due directly from your bank account. Canceling your direct debit authority is a breach of our terms & conditions and may result in your advance being cancelled.
What happens if I cancel my Direct Debit?
This is a breach of our terms & conditions. $50 is charged if a direct debit authority is cancelled. If you have cancelled the authority you will have 7 days to lodge a new authority otherwise your wage advance may become due and payable in full immediately. A 25% collection fee may also be added.
What happens if I miss a payment?
$20 is added to your balance payable. If you make a manual payment the day the payment was missed then our customer service team will remove the $20 missed direct debit fee.
